The programmer of gta-ViceCity seem to have forgotten a speedometer for the cars!
<br>It took some time but here it is the first Speedometer for GrandTheftAuto ViceCity. Run it while GTA VC runs and if you are inside a car your speed will be shown in the right downer corner.
<br>In this version is a healthbar added.
