This small program helps you while creating own .vcs files for your gtaTournament-Server.

<br>Just use the hotkeys to create your own ADDCAR or ADDSPAWN inside the MA.vcs.
<br>When you are done with your work, copy all lines of the MA.vcs to your server.vcs.
